Always check your pantry whether it has the sufficient amount ( minimum 100gms) of the following items:
- Chilli Powder
- Corriander Powder ( Should always be twice the amount of Chilli powder)
- Turmeric Powder
- Garam Masala
- Cumin seeds
- Chenna dal
- Toor dal
- Moong dal
- Peanuts
- Cloves and Cinnamon sticks
- Atta
- Ginger-Garlic Paste ( to be refrigerated)
- Red Chillies
- Ground Black Pepper
- Garlic
- Onion
- Tomato
- Cooking Oil
- Canned beans
- Canned Fish (For Non-Vegetarians)
